和他的價格相比，性價比沒有那麼的高。。房間內空調還壞了，過六點下樓找大堂表示工作人員都下班了。。嗐。。住客parking還要額外收費。

Obwohl ich ungarische Verh?ltnisse erwartet habe war ich doch negativ überrascht. Hotel und Therme sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht kein Interesse etwas zu reparieren. Das negative Highlight war aber leider das Essen. Hier kann ich nur einen Stern geben. Da habe ich schon oft in Ungarn viel besser gegessen. Service kam noch miserabel dazu.

Fiquei praticamente uma semana…. E posso dizer que: Possuem no geral atendentes simpáticos e muito educados. Infra estrutura muito boa. Acomoda??es espa?osas e bem limpas. Grande variedade de comida e bem saborosos! Mas poderia dar uma inovada nas sobremesas. Café da manh? com bastante diversidade. Acessibilidade para cadeirantes e pessoas idosas. Salas de reuni?es amplas e com boa infraestrutura.

We come back to this hotel regularly and we are never disappointed. A nice place, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, a hotel directly connected with the spa. During high season, there was a music performance in the lobby every night and the atmosphere was wonderful. Will 100% come back again!

As a family of 3 adults, we drove down for a 3 night stay. We chose this property as it was adjacent to the Thermal Spa. Our package had breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner as well as alcohol included. Our 2 rooms were on the 4th floor facing the reception area. Upon arrival, our check in was quick, and we had a handicapped person in our group, and with 2 handicapped parking spots right in front of the hotel, it made it easier to reach the entrance. There is nothing negative I can say about the hotel, aside from that we will not choose an all inclusive package again as it is really not needed. Now as far as the spa in concerned, I will write a separate review on their site as that has nothing to do with the hotel. We did find it very convenient to be able to walk in our robes directly to the spa itself. The hotel also in a good location to walk to the grocery store Lidl (9 minutes) as well as the castle and the town (about 12 minutes).

Great food and great staff. The spa is fantastic. However, the room wasn't great. Broken fridge, broken kettle and other broken things. Very bad mould in shower.
